Event Description

Adults will learn about and experience the processes and equipment and supplies needed for pressure canning. We'll also discuss which foods must be processed in a pressure canner for safe storage and consumption.

 

Please bring your own apron, snacks and lunch as desired. All canning supplies and products will be provided. This program is for adults only. Registration deadline is August 6, 2025. Space is limited.
