Get ready to dig into Northern Kentucky’s wild past! From erupting volcanoes and ancient oceans to the icy grip of glaciers, we’ll explore how our region has transformed over time. This isn’t just a sit-and-listen kind of class—we’ll mix interactive lessons with hands-on science, using rocks and fossils to piece together the epic story written beneath our feet. Think of it as part history, part geology, and all adventure!
This class is geared towards adults and older teens. Upon arriving at the Florence Extension office, make your way to the Project Room - straight ahead through the front doors, past the glass reception desk, and into the first door on the right of the hallway.
